GoIP International, a global provider of “VoIP in a Box” solutions have delivered yet another solution to Danish ITSP (Internet Telephony Service Provider) - OnFone.DK
GoIP International’s complete web front end, billing system and softswitch combination in a hosted environment have initiated ITSP company OnFone ApS to select GoIP International as their preferred provider of their VoIP offering.
We are marketing experts, specializing in net communities combined with retail distribution, says Jess Jessen, CEO of OnFone ApS. We did not want to invest in telecom equipment, technical expertise & managing a full soft switch platform, and setup inter connect agreements. We would rather invest our resources in marketing the service to our customers and focus on what we do best, Mr. Jessen continues. The offering consists of 3 standard packages, bundled with an ATA (Analogue Telephone Adapter) that enables the use of your normal phone with the service. At GoIP it was easy to setup our own rate plans, shop, payment gateway integration and launch the service nationwide very quickly.
GoIP’s team of programmers assisted OnFone in making the customization to their need quickly and were able to maintain the 8 week delivery time agreed between the parties. This is our 6th successful installation of our “VoIP in a Box” solution, making use of all the elements we offer our customers. Full prepaid billing system, web integration, payment gateway setup, customized rate plans, shop module, shipping system, accounting integration, help desk combined with enabling global calling from A-Z in a hosted environment, where GoIP’s softswitch handles all call handling, CDR generation for customers to receive daily statistical updates and much more, says Ivan Solvason, Founder and CEO of GoIP International.
